THE HOUSE

The house is situated in the exclusive Scotia Island complex and backs on to four hectares of beautifully landscaped parkland.
It is of a contemporary design, very new and very modern. There are four large bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom and an additional powder room.

Bed configuration consists of two bedrooms with king size beds, one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with twin beds. In the informal living area there is also a sofa, which can convert to a double bed.

The house has both formal and informal
living areas, it is fully air conditioned and has
a sparking saltwater swimming pool and a fabulous alfresco area with built in BBQ.

The kitchen is a "dream kitchen", fully equipped with every essential for the gourmet cook, and has its own built in expresso machine.

There is a double garage plus buggy accommodation, (four seater buggy is included)."

All linen is provided.
DVD, VCR and televisions.
Motorised golf buggy included for use around the Village and Resort.

Buggy Warranty:
A buggy warranty will be required to be completed with drivers licence details and signed before the use of the motorised buggy and occupancy of the Villa. The buggy may only be driven by the holder of a current Drivers Licence.

The telephone connection will allow internet dial up with a local dial up number.

The Village incorporates a post office and other professional services to allow for most business needs.
